|Recommended: YesCommenting in regards to Rebecca B review — First foremost Rebecca does not even live at the Waverly complex she comes to crash the pool with her boyfriend and her minor children that use the f word like sailors, her baby daddy's mother is the only individual that lives at the complex And the first time she was told the resident that lived at the complex had to be at the pool with her, her boyfriend and children if they were guests... She got mad and angry
And it just shows her lack of intelligence stating chemicals are being bought at dirt cheap for the pool, because dirt cheap is not legally allowed to sell chemicals for pools However Dirt cheap does sell microfilters, which are cloth filters that go over the skimmer baskets to catch microparticles such as algae, fine small hairs, debris, small insects and particles She might need to educate herself before she opens her mouth about things that she has no clue or no knowledge about The chemicals that are used in the pool are purchased at Dib's pool supply and delivered every Thursday So Rebecca you might want to get your facts straight before you open your mouth 🤡

|Recommended: NoUnpleasant experiences — Worst part is lack of general and preventative maintenance . Nothing gets done including filter change unless we do it ourselves. Over 6 months ago we moved from apartment that had mold and poor flooring and requested at walkthrough several repairs including replacement of kitchen broken tiles, still not done after 4 requests made. Total of 13 broken. Now we have water leak under kitchen sink and requested repairs a month ago and still waiting. For 3 years they advertise fitness room but it’s never been open. Pool closed because of being dirty about a week, a retired nurse resident has been cleaning it buying chemicals at Dirt cheap instead of qualified pool expert. Trash laying around, road leading to complex trashy and my husband was picking up during cooler weather.
Things like pressure washing outside has been neglected. Units pricing went up for existing residents and shortly after movein specials started that are cheaper than what we pay. Lots of residents left because of rent increases, poor maintenance, slow reaction times and floor issues.
