We Love Pets!

At the Waverly Apartments, we love pets. We do have pet policies regarding the size, breed and species of pets,usually as much for the pet's protection as ours. Ask your leasing consultant whether your pet qualifies. We charge a non refundable pet fee to residents with pets. Each year we take half of these pet fees and donate them to a local animal charity such as the Humane Society or the SPCA.

Please adopt! If you show us proof that your pet was adopted from an animal shelter or adopt a pet from an animal shelter while living here, and the pet has been spayed or neutered, we will not charge a pet fee. Please note that our pet policies still apply and we will need information about your pet, preferably with a picture, in case they get outside so they can be returned to your care as soon as possible.
